The studio is based in Maarssen, the Netherlands, and sells to consumers in the European Union. Dutch law applies to every order, and nothing in these terms takes away the rights EU consumer law gives you.
Every price on the site is the price you pay. Delivery is included in it, so no postage is added at checkout and none appears on your receipt.
No VAT is charged. GuusLab applies the Dutch small business scheme (KOR).
An order becomes an agreement once payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email. Until then nothing is reserved and nothing is charged. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, you get the full amount back and the order is cancelled.
Prices and descriptions are set with care. An obvious error, such as a shirt priced at a fraction of its cost, is not binding, and you will be told and refunded in full rather than quietly held to it.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach this site or the studio. The methods offered depend on your country and are shown before you confirm.
Merch is embroidered to order, which means nothing sits in stock and each piece is made after you buy it. Production and delivery together normally take a handful of working days; the estimate shown at checkout comes from the printer for your specific address.
Orders are delivered by the printer's carrier. You are told when the parcel ships and given a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and a delay at the carrier is not grounds for cancelling an order that has already been made.
You have fourteen days to change your mind about a purchase, without giving a reason. How that works, and what it costs, is set out on the returns page.
Everything sold has to be what it was described as and last as long as you can reasonably expect. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, it is repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you, and the return postage is on the studio. This is your legal guarantee and it is not limited by anything above.
GuusLab Sans is not licensed for use outside this site. Downloading, extracting or redistributing the font files is not permitted. If you want to license it, write and ask.
Complaints go to guus@guuslab.com and are answered by one person, usually within a few working days. If a complaint cannot be settled between us, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
